For prepaid & add, the transportation and delivery costs are prepaid by the seller (FiberMount Solutions LLC) which will then be added to the final invoice to be paid by the customer.
The carrier providing the transportation and delivery will collect the charges directly from the customer.
If our customers have other delivery options in mind, please contact us so our logistics team can ensure the delivery will meet your expectations.
There are several options that are offered for delivery such as Liftgate at delivery, Limited access delivery, Inside delivery, & Call before delivery.

Our engineering team can ensure that the materials utilized meets your needs and specifications. Our standard products are designed to be corrosion resistant, durable, reliable, and practical to install and use.
If you require a modification of our standard products to fit your unique needs, our engineering team will work with you to ensure the product meets your specifications.
All design work for modifications performed by our team is complimentary with your product order.
